What is the price per sqft for each package?

Standard Package is ₹2499 per sqft, Premium Package is ₹2749 per sqft and Ultra Luxury is ₹3499 per sqft. Each package lists the materials, brands and inclusions in detail so you know exactly what you are paying for.

Is there a minimum built-up area for these packages?

Yes. The minimum overall built-up area for our construction packages is 2000 sqft.

What is not included in the package price?

Compound wall (@ ₹425/sqft) and gate, sump and septic tank (@ ₹30/litre), lift, electricity connection, building plan ad-a-roval and elevation special materials are not included. In the Standard package, the lift pit and shaft are also excluded.

Which design drawings do I receive?

All packages include 2D scheme drawings, 3D elevation, 3D half layout, and electrical, plumbing and working drawings. Premium adds a soil test report, structural drawings, furniture layout and elevation detail drawings. Ultra Luxury further adds site assessment and site plan, 3D interior views, interior detailing, an interior 3D walk-through, ad-a-roval drawing and landscaping design.

How can I track the progress of my construction?

Every package includes a dedicated Site Engineer for supervision and quality monitoring, a Project Manager who visits the site daily, and an Android/iOS ad-a- with daily photo uploads and project status monitoring.

What is the difference between Standard, Premium and Ultra Luxury?

The packages differ in design deliverables, structural specification and finish brands. For example, steel moves from TMT to ARS/Indrola to TATA Steel, concrete from M20 to M25 in Ultra Luxury, ceiling height from 10 ft to 11 ft, and bath fittings from Parryware to Jaquar to Kohler. Premium and Ultra Luxury also give you a dedicated architect.

Can I upgrade or change materials and brands?

Material allowances are listed as “upto” rates per package. If you want to go beyond them, speak to our team and we will explain the cost difference before any change is made.

Do you help with building plan ad-a-roval?

Building plan ad-a-roval is not included in the package price. Ultra Luxury includes the ad-a-roval drawing as part of the design deliverables. Our team can guide you on the ad-a-roval process.
